The next part of the UCI MOUNTAIN BIKE WORLD SERIES after the opening round in Korea this weekend will be Nové Město na Moravě in only 3 weeks! Will you be there?
We start on Thursday, May 21st with the Cycling Festival for schools of the Vysočina Region, the first day of the Test Fest (Bike Demos with 200 bikes for testing) and the first races (XCC Short Track juniors).
The school festival and Test Fest will continue on Friday, but many other accompanying events will start in the afternoon: A workshop & ride on the topic of "women in cycling" called Girls for Girls is being prepared by Tereza Huříková with Simona Foxová, Richard Gaspi Gasperotti will add an educational e-bike ride for all beginners and advanced e-bikers. In the evening, you can also look forward to Daniel Stach's talk show with an interesting guest.
Saturday's admission will be FREE for the first time in history and packed with a program from morning until night. Various workshops and rides, airbag shows, BMX shows, talk shows, autograph sessions will alternate at a brisk pace, and we can't forget the marathon of World Cup races with a highlight in the form of the Short Track elite categories from 11:20 and 12:10.
During Saturday many famous names will be on display, Eva Adamczyková with her collection of Olympic medals, Vavřinec Hradilek, Zdeněk Štybar, Michal Prokop and many others - all in the unique atmosphere of the Vysočina Arena. The evening will end with the Night Race and MTB Party with DJ Lucky Boy powered by Monster Energy. In addition, there will be a Test Fest (Bike Demos with more than 200 new bikes & e-bikes for testing) and Expo zone full of new products from the biggest bike brands and of course a program for children: a children's pump track, riding technique teaching stations, jump workshops and much more that will get them excited about cycling.
Sunday will traditionally be the icing on the cake: top-notch sporting performances by elite names in world cycling alternate with exhibitions by adrenaline-fueled riders in the U-ramp and on the airbag. Talk shows, great music and an electrifying atmosphere. You can't miss it!
