Girls for girls. Tereza Huříková + Simona Foxová: "Women in Cycling" workshop & ride. Ladies will first discuss topics such as biomechanical and physiological aspects of women's sports/cycling in the Czech Cycling Academy booth, typical long-term biological processes in the female body during adolescence (natural weight gain during puberty, etc.), psychological aspects of top/performance sports, food intake (girls and ladies in performance sports, not only in cycling, are statistically malnourished). After a light snack, the group will go on a short evening ride (approx. 15-20 km around the Vysočina Arena) combined with talking and sharing experiences.
