Conditions for Exhibitors

1. Pricing (without VAT)

0-60 m2 = EUR 50 per m2
Power supply - Please bring your own cables!

• P1 Power 1 Phase, 16 A (typical 230V) = EUR 150

• P2 Power 3 Phase, 16 A = EUR 200

• P3 Power 3 Phase, 32 A = EUR 300

• P4 Power 3 Phase, 63 A = EUR 500

NEW FOR 2025: To every exhibitor we will provide event tickets (not VIP, but you can choose whether they will be one-day tickets or weekend passes) at a price equal to the price that the exhibitor will spend for the exhibition space (excluding the electricity connection and VAT). F.e, if you spend 40,000 CZK excluding VAT, we will also provide you with tickets at this price (one-day tickets cost 600 CZK, weekend passes cost 1,000 CZK = it may be f.e. 40 weekend passes, that you can give away to partners, fans on social networks, in competitions, etc).

Additionally, if you decide to exhibit your brand in the Expo Zone, we offer you the opportunity to participate in the Test Fest for FREE, for the same amount of money you spend on the exhibition area in the Expo Zone (excluding the electricity connection and VAT). This means that if you exhibit in the Expo Zone on an area of ​​20 square meters, the price for the exhibition will be 25,000 CZK excluding VAT, and you can include up to 25 test bikes in the Test Fest for FREE.

2. Entrance and parking accreditations will be assigned depending on the size of booked area. All exhibitors must pick up their event accreditations and parking passes prior to their arrival in the Vysočina Arena in the Accreditation centre (close to the main entrance to the Vysočina Arena).

3. The area booked is the maximum space that can be used (size of the stand including cars that are intended to be parked in the expo zone). All stands will be marked and measured by the organisers. Exhibitors must check in with the organisers upon arrival at the Event Village. The organisers will direct exhibitors to the relevant stand location.

4. More

• Racing program starts on Saturday morning (on Friday there will be only trainings). On Friday afternoon (from 4PM) the Bike Demos will be in operation in the venue. If you want to exhibit from Saturday, it is possible, but all exhibitors are required to arrive and install their booths on Friday until 8 PM.

• Exhibitors must be on site by 8PM on Friday, May 23

• No exhibitors or teams may leave the site until after the prize giving (Sunday, May 25 at approx 5:15 PM)

• Please leave the site as you found it, leaving rubbish in bins and taking only your own possessions with you.

Expo Zone Payment

Until Friday, May 9 under standard conditions. In case of later payment a “late booking fee” of EUR 200 will be added to the price for each individual exposition.
