Conditions for Exhibitors
1. Expo Space - NEW IN 2026
Option A - participation free of charge (payment only for electricity connection - conditions below)
Help us promote or increase the attractiveness of the event:
- by involving ambassadors and your customer community
- or guaranteeing accompanying races/events,
- or selling tickets to your sales channels,
…at the equal value of the exhibition space.

3. Entrance and parking accreditations will be assigned depending on the size of booked area. All exhibitors must pick up their event accreditations and parking passes prior to their arrival in the Vysočina Arena in the Accreditation centre (close to the main entrance to the Vysočina Arena).
4. The area booked is the maximum space that can be used (size of the stand including cars that are intended to be parked in the expo zone). All stands will be marked and measured by the organisers. Exhibitors must check in with the organisers upon arrival at the Event Village. The organisers will direct exhibitors to the relevant stand location.

Racing program starts on Fridday afternoon (with official trainings on Thursday and Friday). On Thursday afternoon (from 3PM) the Bike Demos will be in operation in the venue. If you want to exhibit from Thursday, it is possible, but all exhibitors are required to arrive and install their booths on Friday until 3 PM.

No exhibitors or teams may leave the site until after the prize giving (Sunday, May 24 at approx 5:00 PM)

Please leave the site as you found it, leaving rubbish in bins and taking only your own possessions with you.

Expo Zone Payment
Until Friday, May 8 under standard conditions. In case of later payment a “late booking fee” of EUR 200 will be added to the price for each individual exposition.
