Due to the warm weather of last few days, the cycling season is already in full swing. And this is the best time to release the first news about the annual MTB feast: UCI Mountain Bike World Series in Nové Město na Moravě!
NEW WEBSITE
Last weeks we were busy not with shovels, but at the computer, and a few days ago we finally launched a new event website. It is designed mainly for use on mobile phones, which is how most people use it, but perhaps even the classic desktop view will not offend anyone. You can already find a lot of information about this year's program here: the timetable and descriptions of the official races, the program of side events such as Bike Demos or Open Paddock and there will be much more, what we’ll be gradually adding. How do you like it?
REGISTRATIONS FOR THE OPEN RACING
Also, the registrations for our traditional open races – Marathon and Night Race – have been launched with the new website.
The Open Marathon will take place on Saturday afternoon, so that all the starters can enjoy a proper workout, while still not miss anything from the elite category XCC, XCM and XCO racing. A day later, the competitors of the XCM World Cup will fight on the same course with a length of 60 km and elevation of 1,250 meters, but the elite guys will ride it twice and on top will get an additional 3 km loop in the Arena! Night Race is another story: you can push hard from start to finish; or rather enjoy it in the training tempo, but with maximum fun! It is held inside the Arena and on lightened biathlon tracks, participants often start in bizarre costumes and show off some truly amazing stunts. Night Race is definitely something you should not miss! If not as a participant, a role of spectator is a must! Everything about the race here.

TICKETS
All types of tickets including VIP and exclusive VIP Premium package were available since earlier. Newly you can find on the website an even more detailed description of the add-on services that you can get as part of VIP packages. It is also important to note that classic tickets are on sale at the best price until the end of April. From the first of May, the prices will slightly increase to 1,200 CZK for a weekend pass and 700 CZK for a one-day pass. VIP tickets are not affected by the May price increase. MORE SUMMER, PLEASE
The side events will be divine, but we will write more about them in the next articles. The important thing now is that thanks to the postponement of the event by 2 weeks towards the summer, we can expect great weather, so this year we are preparing a busy MTB festival filled with sunshine. So, write down in your diaries that from Friday 24th or Saturday 25th to Sunday 26th May you will be in Nové Město na Moravě (CZE)! It will be worth it. 😉
